Our Student Success Stories!

If you're looking to get through your electrician's exam, this is where it's at. The lessons have a way of sticking in your brain, and they walk you through each topic like a breeze. The narrators don't just read off a script; they explain things like they're talking to you on the job. That made a massive difference for me. Walked into that exam room, aced the test, walked out a certified electrician.
Journeyman Electrician, Berg Electric
I'd taken several online practice tests and bought prep books but still had trouble finding specific codes. This course stands out because it guides you through the entire codebook, making sure you grasp every part. It simplified the exam for me considerably.
Journeyman Electrician, Precision Electric
Joining this prep course was a game-changer for my career! The lessons tackled complex concepts in the NEC, but made them vey digestible and even enjoyable. On exam day I walked in confident and aced it with time left over.

2020 Master Electrical Exam Prep Course
This course is built for the following states, as they all test on the 2020 NEC version: AK, DC, DE, HI, MD, MT, NC,...
Our Journeyman Electrician Exam Prep course is designed to be universally applicable across all states and third-party administering agencies. Each state, or local municipality in the absence of a statewide exam, bases its examination on the National Electrical Code (NEC).
While the specific number of questions and NEC-related topics might differ from one exam to another, a comprehensive understanding of the NEC is key to passing. Our course thoroughly covers the NEC, equipping you with the knowledge needed to succeed in any state's exam, regardless of its format.
It's important to note that this course is specifically tailored to the 2020 version of the NEC. If your state is based on another version of the NEC, we also offer courses on the 2017 and 2023 versions. Please reach out to us if you are unsure which version you need.
The money back guarantee has two parts. The 90-day guarantee allows you to request a refund within the specified timeframe if you are unsatisfied with the course.
The pass guarantee ensures that if you fail the exam, you are eligible for a full refund. There is no time limit on this guarantee, but please note that it is conditional. You must show completion of at least 80% of the course and provide proof of failing the exam.
After purchase, you have one year of access to the entire course and its materials.
To participate in this course, you will need a 2020 codebook, scratch paper, pen, and a calculator.
All lessons are pre-recorded to allow you to follow along at your own pace.
This course is structured around the 2020 NEC.
When you enroll in our Journeyman Exam Prep Course, you'll unlock a comprehensive suite of bonuses to boost your preparation: five full-length timed practice exams (for 10 total in the course), three exclusive eBooks detailing interview strategies, traveling electrician insights, and benefits of joining the IBEW, an exam day checklist to ensure you're fully prepared, and a journeyman exam cheat sheet with key concepts and formulas. All these resources are conveniently located in the "Free Bonuses" section at the end of the course.
No, prior knowledge of the NEC is not required. You should be an electrician with knowledge of relevant terms in the industry, but we will guide you through the codebook from beginning to end.
You can access this course on both mobile devices and computers.
Currently, we have not worked with any state or institution to qualify this course for Continuing Education Credits.
